Relay is a one-stop design collaboration platform developed by the Platform Product Division under the Platform Business Center of JD Retail.

The product focuses on enhancing collaboration efficiency across the entire experience design workflow. Its core feature is cloud-based management of design files, complemented by extended capabilities that span the entire design process. These include creative management, asset management, online design, development collaboration, and inspection and acceptance workflows. By enabling seamless online teamwork for design teams, the platform aims to streamline processes, foster innovation, and reduce costs while boosting efficiency in business-driven creative practices.

My role on the design team involves serving as both the designer and product manager for the Whiteboard and Asset Management modules, while also providing support for the UX design of other modules as needed.
